Delivery
REWORK only offers a local delivery service to London addresses that reside within the M25. Delivery within the M25 radius is free. If you need delivery outside of the M25 within a 30-mile radius, this will incur a small delivery fee. Please send us an email at rework@groundwork.org.uk to see what we can do for you.
REWORK does not offer national deliveries, however, with your support, we hope to expand our delivery service in the future. Donate here.
Collect your purchase
REWORK are currently offering a collection service which is free of charge. Please arrange a collection date and time with our team. You can reach our automated phone service on 020 8870 7827. Please leave your name and contact number and we will get back to you within 24 hours, or the following working day if you call on a weekend. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
The collection of your appliances must be in a suitable vehicle. It must be secured upright within your vehicle or your warranty will be void at the point of collection.
We do not offer installation. Your purchased appliance must be installed by a competent person.

Donations
REWORK do not currently offer a collection service for broken or unwanted household appliances. However, we gladly receive donations across our local boroughs within the Western Riverside Waste Authority catchment areas; Wandsworth Council, Lambeth Council, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
