Returns and Refunds
We offer refunds within a 30-day period in line with UK law. Returns of items purchased outside of the 30mile radius beyond the M25 have to be delivered back to site. Our address is Western Riverside Waste Authority, Western Riverside Transfer Station, Smugglers Way, Wandsworth, London, SW18 1JS. All items transported by vehicle need to be transported upright and secured safely as per warranty.
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
We do not accept returns if an item is not collected in line with our warranty guidelines; all appliances have to be transported upright and secured safely as per warranty.
Items cannot be returned outside of the 6-month warranty. This warranty only covers appliance parts and therefore does not cover glass, electric, or any equipment that has been handled outside of Rework’s engineers or without their permission.
If you purchased an appliance on eBay our returns policy may differ slightly. Customers should review the applicable returns policy on the site where they purchased before requesting a return.
Refunds will be adminstered once appliances have been returned to site and thoroughly checked in line with our warranty and standards.
We prioritise the exchange of goods wherever possible when a return is required due to fault. We endeavour to exchange appliances as much as possible depending on availability.
