Rework Warranty
Each appliance has been refurbished and thoroughly tested for functionality. It has been tested for electrical safety to the highest standards exceeding PAS 141:2011 using the latest technology with traceable certificates of calibration.
Delivery
REWORK runs with a 6 month warranty keeping a full complete record of each item that passes through our workshops. Refurbished items have a full refurbishment record and electrical safety check with photos being taken of each item internally and externally just prior to being pallet wrapped ready for delivery or collection. With our failed item percentage running constantly at approximately 4%, which most new item manufacturers would love to have let alone Reuse.
REWORK Warranty out side of 30-mile radius of the M25
REWORK ask the retailer to collect any appliance not in full working order from the customer and exchange with an item off the retailer’s shop floor, all information of the returned appliance to be sent to REWORK. REWORK will supply a like for like appliance on the next delivery of appliances to the retailer. All information of the exchange will be on the despatch note and invoice of the next delivery.
REWORK Warranty within 30-miles of the M25
REWORK will be looking to service the 6 months warranty and revaluate the partnership at the end of 3 months.
"REWORK Warranty" asked for by our other retail customers to alleviate the final customer pressures on their staff plus saving time & money with expensive revisits to the customer which has been a great success with all our other retail customers and end user customers as well with items being repaired or exchanged quicker.
Rework Warranty completes all after care of the end customer alleviating any further contact with the shop. If a customer has a problem all items have, a "REWORK Warranty Stickers" & written REWORK warranty document with REWORK contact number upon them for customers to contact REWORK directly. We ask all customers to leave a message on our answer phone and we will contact the customer back as quickly as possible.
Rework will provide troubleshooting and if needed repair or exchange of item.
If a customer requests a refund REWORK will collect the item informing customers that once REWORK receive the item back at our workshops we will send a confirmation email to the retailer confirming refund by the retailer then and only then can the customer receive a refund from the retailer. REWORK will then replace the refunded item like for like to the retailer for resale. Saving your retail project time and money. REWORK warranty is only available with large items excluding Microwaves, Table Top Fridge/Freezers. The items we ask the retailor to take back in shop contacting REWORK giving details of the returned item. Items are collected or delivered on your next order were REWORK would provide like for like items in exchange.
